Update: The menu is visible now- as promised- 5 stars!

We were excited to finally try this spot—there are often lineups out the door!
We ordered the Frank’s Special (hot/spicy), but it didn’t have much heat—either their version of “hot” is mild, or it was missed. The Rocky Balboa, on the other hand, was very good!
Don’t leave without trying one of their butter tarts or chocolate croissants—so good!
One suggestion: the menu is currently at waist level and hard to see when the line is full. It would be much easier if it were displayed above the sandwich station so customers can browse and decide while waiting. Right now, it feels rushed with all the great options.

There is no better sandwich shop in Ottawa, and also no better butter tarts either. Both of these make this the place to get your favourite food including soups pies and baked goods. Stop in and see for yourself. The staff are wonderful, helpful and very friendly

The first time I went into the store wasn’t quite sure how everything worked, but you just go up to where they make the sandwiches and tell the people that make them which one you would like. I picked the sandwich called the Rocky Balboa and two butter tarts for dessert one or regular and one peanut butter both were delicious along with the sandwich.

Over the next few weeks, I hope to try their other sandwiches.

Perth has truly hit the jackpot with this new spot! Frank's Catering is hands-down one of the best new additions to the area.

I am absolutely hooked on their take-home food—it's delicious, high-quality, and makes for an incredible, easy meal. Their sandwiches are on another level; they're massive, fresh, and packed with flavour. And don't even get me started on the baked goods. The pies and treats are dangerously good.

This is a 10/10 must-try. We're so lucky to have this new place!

Absolutely a dream meal of the best freshest sandwiches and butter tarts last night for dinner, they were open till 6! Number 27, 29 Sandwiches with butter tarts( delish). It was half the price of a pizza and did 2 meals. I love all the fixings you can get depending on what number you pick. Something for everyone's taste. You will be impressed!
