More Than a Bakery. A Story of Resilience, Family, and Purpose.

In 2009, everything changed.

Frank’s son Luca was diagnosed with Tourette syndrome. At the same time, Frank received the same diagnosis, finally putting a name to challenges he had carried his entire life.

What could have been seen as a setback became something else entirely.

For Frank, it became fuel.

The same focus, intensity, and precision that come with Tourette’s found a home in his craft, where every detail matters, every recipe is perfected, and every product reflects a standard that never wavers.

At FRANKS, that mindset shows up in everything we do. Not just in the food we make from scratch every day, but in the way we show up for our community.

Because this business was never just about food.

It’s about people. It’s about resilience. It’s about turning challenges into something meaningful.

Today, Frank, his family, and the FRANKS team continue to raise awareness and support for Tourette syndrome, helping build a more understanding, compassionate community.
